Parent-Led ABA is a detailed version of Parent Consulting. Parent-led ABA brings the human behavior expertise of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the experts on that child, the parents. This option is for parents who want evidence-based strategies to better support their child in acquiring new skills (e.g. communication, socialization, following directions, daily living skills, self-advocacy, etc.) and/or reducing problem behaviors (e.g. tantrums, aggression, self injurious behavior, running off, etc.). The function of the behavior is determined by the BCBA and addressed compassionately through positive reinforcement of appropriate replacement behaviors. Parents then follow the steps to build the necessary skills. Empowering the parent strengthens the parent-child relationship and reduces caregiver stress, as well as their child's.

Teddy Bear ABA takes a family-centered approach to providing therapy. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) helps the child build skills, including communication, play, self-advocacy, self-help, joint attention, social skills, and more. The treatment program is performed and designed by a BCBA to maximize the child's progress. The implementation of the plan is done by an ABA practitioner. Positive reinforcement is used to achieve the individual's goals.
Guiding the parents in effectively addressing behaviors and supporting their child's growth is an integral part of each plan as well. Consistency across environments and caretakers leads to better results. Every child's treatment plan is tailored to that child and their family.
