Evidence-based Social Skills Program
8 week program
Meet 2x a week for 1 hour each​​

Evidence-based Gentle Sleep Coaching
Sleep is important for caregivers and children. This program teaches caregivers gentle individualized methods to address persistent sleep problems and navigate common sleep disruptors (i.e. vaccinations, illness, and transitions). ​This program shapes independent sleep WITHOUT the use of "cry it out" methods.​ The systems are backed by sleep research and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
*Used to treat non-medical sleep problems in children over 1 year old.
